Christina von Muenster

Christina von Muenster is a Senior Lawyer at NDA Law, bringing nearly two decades of multidisciplinary experience to her practice. Admitted in 2006, Christina holds a Master of Taxation (with Excellence) from the University of NSW and First Class Honours in Law from Flinders University. She is a Fellow of The Tax Institute and a respected member of the South Australian legal community.

Christina’s practice focuses on commercial law, taxation, superannuation, and not-for-profit governance. She is known for her precision, strategic insight, and collaborative approach to resolving complex legal matters. Her expertise spans business structuring and transactions, trust law, corporate governance, and state and federal tax disputes. She regularly advises on income tax, stamp duty, land tax, payroll tax, and superannuation compliance, and has represented clients in administrative appeals and voluntary disclosures.

Prior to joining NDA Law, Christina was the Principal Lawyer at Eaglesea Law and held senior roles at leading commercial firms in Adelaide. She also brings a unique perspective from her earlier career in allied health.

Christina is deeply committed to community service, having served on the boards of professional and cultural organisations for over 13 years. She has held leadership roles with the Women Lawyers’ Association of South Australia and contributed to legislative reform and mentoring initiatives through the Law Society of South Australia.
