The company we keep
Our business is about making it easier for you to manage your legal issues and delivering value through our deep expertise.
We work with clients from a diverse range of industries, trades, professions and occupations – from individuals starting out in business to established family businesses and national and multinational corporates.
Our clients include both commercial and not for profit entities including primary producers and manufacturers, as well as retail, professional and service sectors.
Irrespective of how much experience you’ve had in dealing with lawyers, we want to make it easy for you to deal with NDA Law. Our aim is to build a long-term, trusted relationship with you.
If you are facing a sudden legal problem, we want to guide you through it as painlessly as possible. We’ll explain things simply in regard to any technical advice, and we’ll be upfront about the costs involved in all the solutions proposed.
Working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations requires an understanding of the importance of community control, and the need to act respectfully and in accordance with the cultural needs of that organisation. Our lawyers have significant experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, and enjoy the collaborative approach that they take with these clients. We like to work as part of your team, so that we can find solutions that work for you and your community.

We work very hard to maintain strong relationships with builders, engineers, building work subcontractors, building experts, and property owners in both the commercial and residential building industry. Our lawyers are involved in all aspects of the industry, from the provision of advice on contract drafting and the process of tendering, to dispute resolution and litigation of disputes. Given our firm’s strong front-end legal knowledge and acumen in the form of drafting contracts, we are quickly able to identify weaknesses in agreements. Simply put, if you know how to draft documents well, it is obvious to us when they are not done properly! This gives us a unique advantage when we are required to enforce your rights. While litigation is always a last resort and our practice is centred around solution-focused activities, some matters cannot be resolved simply and without the need of our court system. If you are wanting to sue, or you are being sued, NDA Law will enforce your rights with our specialist knowledge.
