Boutique commercial law firm NDA Law has announced the appointment of Lisa Christo to the position of Director.

Ms Christo was promoted to Associate Director in 2023 and was a founding member of the NDA Law legal team when the business was launched in Adelaide in 2015. She will now work alongside Managing Director Joshua Michaels to set the strategic direction for the practice and drive new growth.

With a background in tax and commercial law, Ms Christo’s expertise includes succession and estate planning, family business advisory, and corporate governance. In addition, Ms Christo teaches commercial law in the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP) and Business Law for the MBA program at Adelaide University and is active as a pro-bono board member for several South Australian charities.

Ms Christo said she was delighted to be able to play a larger role in steering the future direction of the business.

“Despite their expertise many mid-career lawyers, especially women, can wait a very long time in Big Law firms to be given the opportunity to take a seat at the C-suite table.
