Adelaide law firm NDA Law has made the national finals in Australia’s most prestigious law awards in three of the most contested categories.
The annual Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards is the leading awards program for the nation’s legal profession, recognising outstanding efforts across significant practice areas.
NDA Law was awarded a finalist place in Boutique Law Firm of the Year, as well being the only South Australian firm to make the top list in the category of Commercial Law firm of the Year and Senior Associate of the Year.
Joshua Davies, Managing Director NDA Law, said the nominations were particular pleasing this year given the tough conditions presented to many firms in 2020/21 with COVID-19.
“We are thrilled to have made the list again with the Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards and to be nominated alongside some of the nation’s most recognised firms in both the commercial and boutique firm categories.
“The past year has presented many challenges for law firms, but I think boutique firms show that agility can really make a difference. Clients are looking for more flexibility these days, particularly in the approach to service delivery and billing structures.”
Mr Davies also congratulated Lisa Christo for her nomination in the awards as an outstanding Senior Associate.
“I am delighted with the recognition awarded to Lisa Christo for her outstanding work as a newly promoted Senior Associate at NDA Law.
“In 2020/21 Lisa represented clients on complex corporate governance issues, and M&A transactions. She has quickly built a strong specialisation in commercial law, estate planning and taxation.”

Award winners will be announced at a gala dinner in Sydney on 20th August 2021.
