South Australian boutique advisory firm NDA Law has appointed new associate Ollie Fragnito, boosting capacity in the civil litigation team, with a particular focus on building and construction front-end advisory and disputes.
Mr Fragnito comes to NDA Law with experience in Big Law firms and has appeared as both an advocate acting for businesses, insurers and individuals in all State Courts.
Managing Director Joshua Michaels said the firm was currently experiencing high growth in the commercial and civil ligation practice as tightening economic conditions see an increase in the risk of insolvencies and disputes.
“Demand for dispute resolution services and litigation advice is rising due to the current climate, and we expect this will continue throughout 2024. Our team leads the way in this area. Ollie’s expertise and commercial knowledge will be an asset to all clients, especially individuals and SMEs looking to resolve issues quickly and efficiently before resorting to the courts.”
Mr Fragnito will also support NDA Law’s growing tax and estate planning areas lead by Associate Director Lisa Christo and will assist businesses and individuals to resolve complex commercial issues.
