Oliver Fragnito

Ollie Fragnito completed a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice from Flinders University and was admitted to practice in 2019.  Ollie joined NDA in 2023 having previous experience at a large national firm.  His career has primarily focused on litigation and he has regularly appeared as both an advocate and instructing solicitor to counsel acting for businesses, insurers and individuals in the South Australian Employment Tribunal, Magistrates Court, District Court, and the Supreme Court of South Australia.

Since joining NDA, Ollie has worked closely with Managing Director Joshua Michaels on a variety of the firm’s commercial and civil litigation matters and has a keen interest in the firm’s building and construction practice.  Ollie also works closely with Associate Director Lisa Christo supporting the firm’s commercial, tax and estate planning practice and assisting businesses and individuals in navigating and resolving complex commercial issues from start to finish.  

Ollie understands the practical realities of litigation and ensuring his client’s commercial needs are accounted for every step of the way. You can be sure that Ollie will be an asset to you or your business as a part of our legal team.
