NDA Law has a new addition to their legal team with the appointment of a new associate, Mr Alan Braley.
Mr Braley completed his Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (Honours) at Flinders University and previously worked for Michael Kirby Chambers.
He specialises in provision of legal advice to family business and SMEs, including expert advisory around succession planning.
Mr Braley will also be providing commercial advice to start-up business owners, to assist with ramp- up plans and capital raising at the seed stage.
Joshua Davies, managing director of NDA Law, said Mr Braley would be a welcome addition to NDA Law’s team.
