NDA Law has taken out some significant industry awards this month, becoming national finalists in some of the country’s most prestigious programs.

In the 2021 Australasian Law Awards the firm was singled out for an Excellence Award and becomes a national finalist in the running for the Best State/Regional Law Firm in Australia, with overall winners to be announced on June 15.

NDA Law’s Senior Associate Lisa Christo has been nominated as a finalist in the highly competitive Lawyers Weekly ‘30 under 30’ Award for her work in taxation. The award recognises the best young lawyers in the country, with winners announced at a black-tie ceremony at The Star in Sydney on 11 June.

Managing Director Joshua Davies said the firm was delighted with accolades received this year, which also include several listings in the 2021 Best Lawyers List.

“What makes a truly great law firm is the people that work in it. I am proud of their performance and the way they deliver excellence in client service and team work, and I am particularly delighted to see Lisa Christo recognised once again for her outstanding expertise in the niche area of tax law.”

“It is wonderful to be recognised by external industry organisations for what is some truly outstanding work, but what wins these awards is simply the way we go about our business at NDA Law every single day of the year.”

Mr Davies said the firm had continued to advance its reputation with SMEs and family businesses in South Australia, as well as in regional Victoria and the Northern Territory.

“Our strategy has always been to remain a South Australian law firm with a national outlook.

“We’ve been here supporting our clients through some difficult times in the past 12 months, and it has been satisfying to see that our client list and profits have grown further.

“Boutique firms like NDA Law are in demand more than ever because we deliver deep expertise and sound business advice in an efficient, client-focused and flexible manner. That’s what clients want these days.”
